Wolf
Creek Yukon government campground, 9.5 mi. west of Marsh Lake, has
an important role in salmon propagation in the Yukon River watershed.
An information panel tells the story. Wolf Creek runs under the AlCan,
through the campground, into the Yukon River, above. Bluebells dot
the creek border. A youth group, from Whitehorse, clears brush near
a sign, top right. The campground has all the usual amenities as well
as a playground. |
