Delta State Recreation Site campground is about a mile north of the convergence of the Alaska and Richardson highways in Delta Junction. I camped there several times while in the area. My "tent on wheels," top left is the rear area of my 2016 Honda HRV. I put up my solo backpack tent if I spent several consecutive days in one campground. The resident squirrel was busy collecting pine nuts while I shared its campsite. The vegetation and ceramics are part of the Sullivan Roadhouse garden - see previous pages.
