Harper's General Store was built in 1922. It was moved near the railway
station in 1930. It disappeared in 1943 when it was replaced by the
New Palace Hotel and Cafe. It was an important part of the original
Dawson Creek community. So, aided by old photos, it was resurrected
with old lumber and period artifacts. |
