I
was camped out at the Tok River State Recreation Site campground for
a few days waiting for a tire repair - not uncommon when driving the
Alcan and other roads. Wandering around with my camera gave many opportunities
to play with images instead of shooting subjects for information only.
Top left and right are attempts at creating natural abstracts. Aspen
seed pods and leaves with insect tracks, above. White sweetclover
plants pose for a conventional portrait, left. This plant is listed
as an invasive species, so it must be hiding out in this campground.
It's part of the pea family; can it be that dangerous? |
